Girl, I so relate with everything you said. Last year when we bought our family home , we went through all those points you’re noted. Couldn’t believe we had to pay for so much different things , and as you said, you had to pay a fee “ just to apply for the loan” I don’t get it but it’s all part of the process, any and everything to make money 🤦🏾‍♀️ it’s a lot and as stressful as it is, you’d get there in the end. Haha imagine the old people coming back into the house 🤦🏾‍♀️so scary.

Looks tasty and I'm always looking for new things to cook. You should get a food processor to chop the veg. I bought a basic one on Amazon - game changer! I no longer have to chop anything, two to three pluses and it's done.
