@@zacharycowden5538 I was a bit upset because I filmed the splitting scene in a different server than the rest of the video and in that different server, they chose the movie version where it was 45 degrees. The original server I was in had more of a 20 degree angle but I couldn't use that footage because it was too shaky 🫤

heyy great video! i looked through the comments and i didnt find any that resolved my issue. i js started so i dont know much. i followed the steps of the video, but it didnt let me pick up the item (but there was the e to pick up button). maybe its because i have a starter pack item already put into the players inventory. i also saw "cheeseboy5768"'s comment and used that script and it did allow me to pick up the second item, but i want to make it disappear for that player only afterwards so others can still get it while that player cannot. other thing is i noticed that when you reset you lose the item, how do i make it so that once the player picks it up, they will have it forever? could you help me pls ;-;

Hey! Sorry but the more in depth the questions go, the harder it is for me to help with the problem because it all comes down to all the conditions of one's game rather than a simple error. I would have to see the conditions and everything of the game to help with the item not being able to be picked up and as far as the playing dying and losing it, you could write an if statement saying if the player dies and has the item equipped, then change the tools location back to the players backpack. (To be honest as well, I haven't rlly scripted in over a year so I forgot most of the stuff 😒I'm really sorry!

Instead of transferring the tool to the players backpack, you need to add in the script a clone command and put that command in a variable and transfer that variable to the players' backpack. That means the original tool will stay there but it will make a clone into anyone else's backpack.

Do you mean you want the item to duplicate into the player's backpack and the item stays where it originally was or? I didn't understand. As far as the "e to pick up", if it still shows on the item when you pick it up, there might be an issue with the script not deleting the proximity prompt. Maybe paste the script in a response comment to this and I'll look at it.

This script is written however under the conditions of my tool so if your tool is a bit different it may not work the same. If you have any issues, I can look at your script or you can tell me the conditions of your game.
