@@dalethompson4307 ya the press I run is pretty insane 8c 106 uv with cold foil and 2 coaters. I like some of the comments though, some of these young guys like all it is is pressing buttons now, there's no craftsmanship anymore. If you dont have your air set right in the delivery going that fast its guaranteed to jam up going that fast especially when your running say 28x40 80lb gloss text with aq on it which is bound to curl on you, they just have no idea

Bassmanfallon I like to keep my bald head covered. Also, the hat visor reduces bright light absorption. Combined with safety glasses, I’m doing what I can to preserve my vision. It snows offset powder in press room. DT

I think you are just trying look trendy and fashionable Dale.If the pressroom 'snows' offset powder then you must have a serious leak in system at least but when you back up a job, bro...you gonna have to use a unit to scavenge all that snow.

That is great show off video my friend.Let me tell you what happen to me and my bros,I operate an old speedmaster 5 colour and one day the boss, he say continuous feeder and delivery must now happen to increase the profits.Me and my bro,I-Roy were like 'what?' I was under pressure so I-Roy and I try to increase production by using continuous delivery. It no work as I smash up delivery chains when I bring up a new pallet.I got sacked and I- Roy got kept on as he is an assistant.I hate the prints and the bosses.I stay alone now and live off handouts from rich tourists.

Yes! Life in the printing industry is very stressful not unless you love your job. With great passion, as if you are not working for a single day in your life. I’ve learned to love my job as the one managing the business. Especially now that we will be printing the Mt. Carmel Bible Story Books. God bless!
