8am-3pm, time of day really doesn't determine it there. Cloudy versus sunshine. Cloudy days you'll get hybrids and stripers, sunny days are almost all spots.

It slows down to mostly dinks as spawn happens then they will replenish after spawn. The Hybrid show up heavy in late fall and basically stay there until end of March. 58 degrees seems to be when the bigger ones enjoy topwater.

That was a great spotted bass at Marshall. The baitfish coming to the surface in the background almost looked like rain! Looked like a great day, all things considered.

With the debri catcher yeah it sets you back a little but the shad feed and hide on the junk, so the bass use it as a feeding area.
