Really pretty simple. Breaks down fast. I haven’t timed it, but it’s not dramatically different than putting it up.

No. The floor is removable if need be for replacement or cleaning, or even running power or heat, but is very securely attached with hook-and-loop. (I don’t know if it’s Velcro brand or not.) I have never taken it off and it has never pulled apart during use.

I’m not a tent expert so I can’t offer an opinion about comparable tents. But I know more and more people with Gazelle’s who love them. The tear down is just as easy and I believe Gazelle has recently made the bag slightly larger so packing is even easier. You will love this tent.

I think it would be fine. The footprint comes up from the ground a good distance and the doors are up about the same. And the fact that it has 12 tie-down points is a real advantage on loose ground.

I have not used it in the snow. It is a very strong tent but the rain fly doesn’t have poles that run over the top of the tent, so I’m not sure how much weight it would hold.

@robirwin95144 жыл бұрын
readyme I’ve used it in the rain twice. Not very heavy rain, but more than a drizzle. And it was fine. I’d have no issues using it in the rain again. They just released an “Overland” Edition that includes a bag that looks like it should keep the tent drier when not in use, so if I were in your region I think that would be my choice.

Hi, all the floor is removable? Is that safe? I'm afraid someone will take it out from outside...
@robirwin95144 жыл бұрын
I’m not really sure what you mean. It’s a very common feature these days, as the floor is the part subject to the most wear. My floor is holding up well. It isn’t complicated to remove the floor, but it takes time.
@rominac.59154 жыл бұрын
@@robirwin9514 i will prefere a non removable floor. I mean I leave the tent alone all day while i'm visiting a place. And someone could enter yo the tent by the floor ...
@jeffreyst.george2924 жыл бұрын
Romina Colimedaglia The floor is attached with Velcro all the way around from the inside of the tent. Also I would have the tent staked down so it would be very difficult for someone to try and take the floor away.

@robirwin95143 жыл бұрын
@@Dplus90l It could be tough. The manufacturer lists the inside as being 78” high. You might not have to reach 78” to put it up because it kind of “pops.” And you don’t have to reach the whole height to get it down because there’s a cord to pull. You could certainly do it (as far as your height) if you stood on something. I just tried to estimate how high my friend who’s 4’10” could reach and it was borderline. It does take a little effort. I’m afraid I can’t say for sure and you’ll just have to try it, maybe at a store or outdoor show or something. Sorry.
