Hi. I live in Pattaya and will be looking for a condo after busy season. Can we grab a coffee or a beer? I'd like to chat with you about the building! Thanks... Bill Do you use LINE?[

I read the swim water quality is quite questionable due to the proximity of Bangkok. Wondering if you have any insights? Good post. Thx.

Wow you had a beautiful house, very talented, a lot of vision. You are a nice looking man no reason for you to be single but I understand. Life is way too short to not be happy. You seem much happier is Pattaya I believe is where you are now. Live Your dream, chase happiness. You are the only one who can make yourself happy so whatever makes you feel a sense of well being & happy I wish you all the best. It took me 48 years to find my happiness my little piece of Heaven on 🌎 so enjoy. ❤

I have a question please that I haven't seen any KZbinr describe yet. Could you please show us a higher end lifestyle for those that want to spend more per month? I currently have investments that generate a good amount of money per month and if I were to sell my house and invest it, that would make me really rich even to American standards. I wanted to know what a lot more money per month gets you in Pattaya.

I feel the same way now living in the US. Seems like every day whether I am shopping or working I encounter someone that is high and reeks of marijuana. Back then America where I lived had safety, respect, friendly people, people that were born and raised there, quiet, smooth roads, job security, low cost of living. Now its filled with major potholes, graffiti, not a single person speaking English, dudes walking around with eith their faces fullt covered, everything skyeockted in price, people driving recklessly, busineses being shut down, low education, etc. I haven't visited Thailand yet but think I will love it for since I can't imagine it being worse than the US now. Though there have been times in my life when I got invovled in something new and it remained the same for 100 years and suddenly changed when I got involved lol. I bet if I noce to Thailand suddenly millions of Americans will move there and bring their crime, disrespect, graffiti, narcotics, violence, and jack up the price of everything.

Your rent for 1 year is equivalent to 1.5 months of my rent living in North America for similar size. I think I should move to Thailand

It's wonderful you can mask the smell of your dump with the smell of eggs right across from it. Wonderful washing clothes on your balcony as you sip coffee.. I know RV that has a better setup.. I haven't given up yet on my American space living yet..

Book a hotel for 3-4 days when you arrive, do some foot work, and find a better deal when you are there. You will save a lot of money.

What are the rates now? Is a 7/11 nearby? The old restaurant can be used as a co-working space.

It looks nice. I’m thinking to mov there. I’m still a couple of yeas from retirement. But thinking I can get a nomadic job. As I did that traveling for 5 years. I currently live with n San Francisco as I did for 15 years. Very poor quality of life and way overpriced… I think I need to leave sooner rather her than later… and im not getting any younger. I worked hard all my life. Time to enjoy
