I just went through an experience with my person on Friday that highlighted my father wound and although it's something I've acknowledged and been healing for a while now....I'm realizing there's levels to releasing it. But the experience caused me to purge and I cried extremely hard Friday and Saturday. I'm estranged from my father just as my person is estranged from his mother.
