Did you change shocks and springs to support plow?
@LTUSATVАй бұрын
Yes you would want to install Timbrens.
@BillGlaropoulosАй бұрын
Do the Timbrens go into the springs like Air Lift 1000?
@LTUSATVАй бұрын
@@BillGlaropoulos They are giant rubber bump stops basically, that help support the load only when weight is on it.
@BillGlaropoulosАй бұрын
Can they be easily removed, let’s say after every winter? I would think they would obstruct normal suspension use.
Cool name for your truck, I found your channel looking for a power wagon long road trip review and not disappointed, I’ve got a 2019 power wagon looking forward for it to go on a road trip soon, looks like it handled the trip well how was the comfort level and your mpg considering you were towing roughly 6500- 8000 pounds? Probably 8-11? Thanks have a good day

@@ck1abe515 He said he had to keep looking behind to make sure the trailer was still there cause the truck didn't struggle at all. The only drawback towing with a PW is the softer offroad suspension.

Rode awesome, on a tall lift you need a long arms, short arms direct too much of the bumps backwards up to the body.

@@LTUSATV thanks for replying, I just cut the resonator after consulting with a tech and he explained that its really there just to change the tone while simultaneously also get that last bit of noise reduced aswell. It’s a good sound but I only cut for one reason and that’s so I don’t keep smacking it on descending hills while off-roading. (My lower Bumper fascia is trimmed up as well exposing the resonator so it had to go)
@LTUSATV6 ай бұрын
@@benpolishchuk209 Mines now cut right where the pipe meets the rear resonator originally. You may want to put some sort of extension but keeping it high clearance or delete the rear vents behind the bumper (both sides) so you don't get exhaust fumes into your vehicle.
@benpolishchuk2096 ай бұрын
@@LTUSATV wow good call! I never considered that a possibility. That’s where I made my cut aswell but I made the cut at like a 60 degree angle so that, in theory, the fumes would dump downward as the tech recommended. It should help with reducing fumes getting in through vents. I will still look into deleting the vents.
@benpolishchuk2095 ай бұрын
@@LTUSATV to delete the vents, how would you go about doing that? The only thing I can think of is welding a plate over vent holes.
