Incorrect. The brain has a powerful effect on the body more than what people realise. A shift is going to occur from the current pain models. Coming from someone who suffered from chronic pain. I healed myself 100% and came off all meds when doctors couldn’t do anything for me. What she describes is also called pain re-processing therapy and positive effect induction. Both powerful tools. Neuroplasticity . To deny this is to deny your very own ability to learn.

I feel a lot of what we get from meditating is so personal it can be difficult for someone else to interpret messages and symbolism that comes from our own personal perceiving. I suggest you write down your experience and sit with it, ask for more clarity to come. Sounds like it was a really powerful meditation for you. However, since you asked i will give my personal opinion- creepy screams can be your brain tapping into the feeling of being trapped for centuries and not living life freely, when we experience a sudden rush of high vibrational energy as we would from breaking free if the chains that bind us, even if those chains are only in our mind, it can be physically felt in the body, I know when some channels or mediums begin their training it can first manifest as bodily movements, it may be that your guides or spiritual teachers were trying to connect and speak to or through you. I hope this helps, if not wait a week and retry the meditation ❤🙏
