I have two 04 and 16 goldwings and when I ride them with no problem, I rode a buddy of mine 1500 goldwing with heal toe shifters I felt like I I had to learn how to ride a motorcycle all over again, I was stalling out at lights 😂, I have been looking at buying a 1500 like my first 1990 powder blue like I had years ago, if it has heal toes shifters I walk away from the bike and say if honda didn't put it on the bike I want buy it .. LMAO I love your ss goldwing 😍

@@patrickprince8446 when I got the SS Goldwing, it had a hill toe shifter on it. I did not like it either so I just took it off. Hadn’t had any problems since thank you for watching.

@@s.s.goldwing9797 It's not talked about often but when you hear a goldwing with transmission problems 99 percent of the time it's heal toe shifter related, I personally know guys came off harley davidson use to stomping down on harley and bought goldwings and started stomping trying to speed shift cause they were use to doing that and screwed the goldwing up , reason I said I walk away cause you test ride and don't hit all gears then you find out down the road.

I know that feeling, in 1956 a friend wanted me to ride his Harley Davidson, I was in the Mojave desert 🏜 and when I went to turn around on a dirt road I went down,, I had to get it up by myself, wow!! It was hard to do but I was just 16 years old and strong as a horse 🐎,, you remember how strong you was at 16, I would give a dollar to be that strong again,, beautiful ride and thanks for sharing

Preload and keep it loaded. The wife said the moral of the story is don’t ride bikes you haven’t practice on. Great time great company. Fun day. Can’t wait to do it again. Get in a parking lot practice. It’s better to drop the bike in a parking lot than to drop them out there in Tennessee. Ask me how I know. Let’s do it again next year guys.
