What a terrible bike!!!

Look, these are all Chinese bikes and most have issues. I’ve bought 3 different brands and all had some issue to deal with. Brakes are usually out of alignment. Your complaint however sounds to me like you’re not doing something right. It probably is a poor design - making the battery part of the seat post. But if you think you are going to get a bike in perfect condition out of the box, you’re dreaming. The “reviewers” never tell you this because they get all these bikes free of charge. Nothing personal but you sound a little too short tempered to be attempting something like this. I got a headache just listening to you. Eahora is no better and no worse than any other Chinese company. “Lectric” is based out of Phoenix, AZ and is better to deal with although their bike selection is limited. At least they answer the phone and speak English. Putting a ranting video like this is not helpful. It makes you sound nutty. Calm down and get a friend to help you. If your back is that bad, you shouldn’t be doing any of this. Good luck. Thank you.

After you said theres no way to fit the bike back into the box i knew you had no clue what youe doing. It came in the box. So you can fit it back in that same box obviously.

Engwe has the same battery seat design, sux on theirs as well

So whatever happened did they fix it?

It looks like the metal in the seat post housing (the thing that the battery goes into) is too thick and / or does not have enough gaps cut into it for the clamp to be able to compress it inwards to squeeze the battery / seat post.

I got mine and it works really great
