@ferozkarim2435 if you mean the site on the ground, then when we're close to the location, we do that. In the end, it's a lot of time and effort. Knowing that we do show the actual location to any of our clients who are making the decision whether to invest or not. In the videos we're trying to get the attention of the followers and clients to the new projects in town. Later further details we can discuss later.

@malkaazfar7975 there was no studios with pool in this building. It's only the 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with pool. All the appliances are included yes.

Let's hope the residents love the smell of sewage gases from the sewage treatment plant currently making residents lives a misery in the Pulse Community. Search on Google Maps for "jAbal Ali Sewage Treatment Plant" and you'll see it's nowhere near Jebel Ali but it's very close to the Pulse and South Bay. The smells of methane and Hydrogen Sulfide is suffocating especially since the end of May and I only found out after moving here. Residents are furious because the smell is so intense that people cannot sleep. Residents are discussing this in the private when they should be posting outside these groups to warn people that they are moving to a health hazard

Good thing about Mr Shawk is that he doesn't sell every property under the sky, he is very particular and selective with the properties he offers for his clients. That is the difference between a real estate agent who sells everything and real estate consultant who offers consultation end to end solution to clients and offers post handover help too
