Okay....it took the whole day and I have to admit, it's pretty. Now, who would buy these items for €100? I'm even willing to sell them for half the price....😂... so.....who?
@BigRockFarm19 сағат бұрын
😂 yeah who indeed? I do think it is more about the activity and what it means to you, than the sale . so happy to hear you made one , did you enjoy the process? I did find them on sale on Etsy for as much as 175 dollars .. maybe have a look there if you are serious about selling them 😀

A nice hobby to do when there's not responsibilities to uphold, but people are flat out ludicrous to pay such large amounts of money for a dirt ball
@BigRockFarm2 күн бұрын
This video is not at all about selling them for a crazy price it is about the project of making something beautiful out of dirt. It is a very relaxing thing to do and a lot of fun ,everyone should find time to have soe fun no matter what the hobby😊

@@BigRockFarm Right :o) You just mentioned the price in your video about how others were selling them for, and so the point of my comment is based on that ludicrous cost that other people are charging/paying for dirt balls :o)

Thank you for sharing this❣️ The techniques you used and every step of the process you included in this video offer more details and result in a higher quality, more attractive, and more stable dorodango than other videos I have watched on making soil spheres. I also appreciate the loving nuzzle your feline supervisor added. ❤ Making a soil sphere is an enjoyable activity for those of us who spend time working the land we love and treasure. Having a dorodango from our native soil is a piece of art and a symbol of the partnership between the work of our hands and the good earth.

Oh my goodness what a huge compliment.thank you so much .yes there is something magical about making something with your hands only using native soil

I do this on the beach to make sand cannon balls. Works quite well as long as the sand is fine enough.
@BigRockFarm5 күн бұрын
Oh wow sounds like something I would love to do , does it get a smooth surface too?
@puffinjuice4 күн бұрын
@BigRockFarm Not as smooth because the sand is not as fine as dirt. It's surprising how solid they become though. Usually you can roll them without them falling apart. Makes a nice addition to sandcastles too.

What a sweet story. I love his name. I started a children's book years ago called "Rupert and the jellybean fish." I love your farm and how you connect to it. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Life is messy, so you need to learn to except all of it, and learn. It is our purpose to experience earthy emotions. Because there is one one that you will strive to achieve. Love 💕 its the only emotion you will take with you to the other side. Thank you for sharing your life. Its not an easy thing to do, because of earthy emotions 😊 people can be mean, but as we can see, so can nature 😉
