PLEASE if anyone senses the deadness of the institutional church system but can't put your finger on it. I'm literally pleading with you (whoever you are) to understand something extremely important here. The mainstream Christian system is not of God. The Protestant churches are what the bible calls "The Harlot daughters of Rome". (Rev 17:5) - "Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots, And Abominations Of The Earth." And Jesus Christ is calling His people out of her. Rev 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heauen, saying, Come out of her, my people, that yee be not partakers of her sinnes, and that yee receiue not of her plagues:” The very first thing you need to understand is that GOD CAN BE TRUSTED to preserve His word for every generation forever. As He promises us in psalms 12:6-7 You don’t need men to teach you what God means. 1 John 2:27 “But the anointing which ye haue receiued of him, abideth in you: and yee need not that any man teach you: But, as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is trueth, and is no lye: and euen as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.” It’s vital to know, especially right now, that God has kept His word in tact! There is still an every word testimony. The following clip is short yet covers a lot. And is what the Lord used to strengthen my faith in the truth. It’s not just more lifeless information. It is powerful and life changing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qnKwgKSrrraoY5o “But he answered, and said, It is written, Man shall not liue by bread alone, but by euery word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matt 4:4 Psalm 12:6-7 "The wordes of the Lord are pure wordes: as siluer tried in a fornace of earth purified seuen times. Thou shalt keepe them, (O Lord,) thou shalt preserue them, from this generation for euer. The next video is a lesson on the pure word of God in the English language, which is found in the av1611 kjv. This is much different than the King James bible you are able to easily find in the so called "Christian bookstores". Please pray and genuinely take this before the Lord. He will show you. (Prepare to be attacked once you start down this path) kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWrPeoqahpWlmZI The first link I left above is from Reg's youtube channel called "Rescuing the Church". There is a lot of good information there on things you should know. Very important and powerful and it dispels many lies. So you can find him there. And Johns channel is also the one associated with the lesson on the 1611. There are a few testimonies, a few sermons, as well as a handful of lessons to be found there. John is gracious yet right to the point. And so is Reg. And most importantly they have the Holy Ghost in them. I had prayed for help a long time because I was growing increasingly confused, frustrated, misguided and the list goes on.. But like most of us, I kept returning Sunday after next hoping something would change. If I sang more, prayed harder, tithed more (not biblical to give cash btw, but that’s another topic), got more involved, etc. It got to a point where a friend at the time asked me to just "try and sing". He meant well, but it was always disingenuous so I never did. Long story short - my whole Christian life was that way until very recently. Powerless. Its only been about the last 2 years. That's when my life turned upside down. And the Lord truly showed up in a powerful way and began leading me in the trueth. This link is a series of interviews that Reg began to do with John after they finally met (a providential story) Start on the first interview of course. But it's a treasure of information for the Saints. kzbin.info/door/IfGUbjTsGu1dfoNqYUZzmgvideos It's actually named after one of three films John helped co-produce with Christ Pinto. (side note: Chris Pinto does not hold to the same conviction about the word of God as John and a few of us others. That tid bit was used to try and attack John before, as an attempt to discredit him) The films are called: A lamp in the Dark Tares among the wheat A bridge to Babylon All are free to watch on KZbin, and they cover the history of the bible. They follow the reformation, persecution of early believers, the counter reformation, the attempts at destroying the word of God, the Jesuits and so on. Things the Saints will be edified to know. The things that matter. I really hope this reaches someone. If this is you... honestly, please go ahead and look. God is rich in mercy and His patience is unmatched. He's been drawing me for a really long time. But I got trapped in the institutional church system and was stuck there being taught corruption for years, by pastors who don't believe that the book they teach from is infallible. They say that it is, but they are dishonest in their claim. And their churches "statements of faith" will attest to this. They almost all say something akin to "we believe the original manuscripts were infallible.” Okay well wait a minute... unless they have read the originals in their entirety, then how do these men know when they’re teaching us truth and how do they know when they’re teaching us error? They don’t! If they did, why not simply fix the bible they’re using and make it infallible? ..something to consider. here is one very final clip on the "servants of Lucifer" kzbin.info/www/bejne/eqa5hZ-PjtSmZsU "(if it were possible,) they shall deceiue the very elect.” God bless you all in the trueth of the real Jesus Christ!

@@Resenbrink My dad was a laid back agnostic who does not believe one can ‘know’ God and he chose to do a great deal of good works in the community. He also worshipped his ancestors, quite literally. My mum was a strict parent & an atheist so I grew up in a family that let me think for myself. When I was a teenager, I read many major religions & also investigated the claims of Christ. Guess what? I still became a Christian by God’s Grace! Decades later my mum strangely became a Christian. Finally, at her funeral my dad received Christ, too. However, Christian parents sometimes teach their children because the Bible commands them to bring them up in the way of God by training and role modelling God’s good moral values to bless their little ones. Having said that, sadly, MOST Christian parents don’t. They don’t train or role model to their kids about godly love & godly living at all. Then they are surprised when their teenagers enter universities & forget or leave God/church. Many studies have shown that anywhere 66-80% teens who grew up in churches in childhood, leave church altogether on entering college education. Back to square 1.

This was very encouraging to me personally. I've known Christ as a child, and don't remember a "conversion". I remember my baptism, and I remember, on a daily basis being drawn to Him, being convicted of sin and being in a "posture" of need for Christ's salvation. Jesus Christ is my Lord!

On face value this seems nice, the better way to handle it and ultimately this method is probably one of the better ways to indoctrinate your kids. But it is just that, indoctrination. Pastor said the most important step was to essentially drill the gospel into their heads (I get it, not coercively). Work the Jesus narrative in every interaction. Don’t you see how of course kids would believe this is all true? It makes sense, we do this with playing sport, learning music with habit. But in the case of faith, say for the sake of argument, music exists only as a concept, no one has actually heard a single piece of music, no instruments exist and then you’re taught how to be a musician. This is seemingly quite absurd. The analogy has a bit of work, but I think the fact that faith usually requires this type of entry, would seem to point to its lack of actual root in reality. Faith “works” on a lot of levels, I certainly can concede to that, but for me, once I saw the man behind the curtain, it has become nearly impossible for me to unsee it.

If you want to learn, or be trained, how to share the Gospel with children contact someone within Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). CEF is the world’s largest outreach ministry to children. Last year this ministry reached over 22 million children with the Gospel worldwide. They are in every state, and perhaps county in every state, in the USA. CEF is in nearly every country in the world. If you are serious about child evangelism here is there website: www.cefonline.com

CHRISTIAN ADVICE FOR NEW PARENTS - The most effective way to quell a rebellious mind in children is to put the fear of God into them when they first start to trust the word of adults, couple this with a generous serving of guilt and you are on your way to a mostly harmonious journey through their childhood. As soon as they can comprehend you should tell them that there is a man in the sky continually watching them and writing down everything they say and do, they should be grateful that this invisible Skydaddy created them and allowed them to live, but don`t step out of line kids because there is a place he will send you which is full of horror. Have other adults reinforce your beliefs and keep pumping it into them so that they will spend a good deal of their young lives feeling guilty, paranoid and unworthy. When they reach puberty explain the sins of the flesh, Jesus expects them to remain pure and you are letting him down if you experiment or think about sex, really pour it on about their responsibility to the invisible man, keep a close eye on everything they say and do, remind them that there are bad demons out there trying to get them to stray so that they can throw them into the burning pit. At about age 17 your teenagers will start to question your beliefs and will begin to explore other attitudes and beliefs in this big wide world, STAMP OUT THIS BEHAVIOR IMMEDIATELY, through punishment, nagging and more guilt trips, really lay it on, you can`t have children thinking for themselves. By now the guilt and paranoia will be deeply ingrained into their personality and you can manage their minds if you see any danger signals, encourage them to only mix with people of their own color and faith. Age twenty they will have started to form relationships with people you approve of and the responsibility for keeping them in line now rests with their new partners, you can begin to relax. Early 20s they will leave home and marry, they will employ all the strategies you used in their upbringing on their own children, you can help them with this. CONGRATULATIONS you have succeeded in raising religious, guilt ridden, paranoid robots who have caused you minimum fuss and dramas, you can relax now, light up a joint, bring out the bourbon and go about the remainder of your life with the feeling of self satisfaction and condemnation for all the other failures who didn`t follow the instructions of the invisible Skydaddy, Praise the Lord.

For all the video, books, “mission trips” this guy goes on I have never once heard the gospel from him. Do you know why? Because he’s not saved and he’s making merchandise of you. Acts 16:30-31. Sirs, what must I do to be saved. And they answered unto him, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.

@West445 жыл бұрын
I am not defending this man, I am simply defending the bible and possibly through the grace of the Lord saving your soul; because you seem to be deceived through your lack of persistence in scripture. DO NOT leave your salvation to what someone tells you or simply one or two bible verses. You must go on and not take scripture out of context to fit your own agenda. Now I ask, will you read past verse two? Because it is quite clear simply saying a prayer/believing does not save you; there is action involved. For example: Acts 2:38 King James Version (KJV) 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. YOU MUST TURN FROM YOUR SIN! STUDY THE SCRIPTIRE TO SHOW YOURSELVES APPROVED BEFORE GOD PEOPLE! Acts 16:30-34 King James Version (KJV) 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. 32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. 33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. 34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.

The heart is the seat of the will. Enthroning Jesus as Lord in your heart is an act of turning away from sin and self is taking them both off the throne of your heart and putting Jesus as Lord of your heart, mind, strength and soul and loving God and others. There are many sides to the perfect gem of salvation through Jesus, said one Dr. Wayne Ward, decades ago.

Leading children to the Lord is like leading ANYONE to the Lord. You and your PhD's and Masters degrees and Bible college garbage has POISONED the simplicity of the Gospel. So simple...a child can understand it. Why? Because Jesus said we must be LIKE CHILDREN to understand His truths...not as scholars. "The Greeks seek after wisdom." But they won't get it. Because we preach Christ crucified!!!! Obviously foolishness to you David Platt.

+Freedom Baptist Church I don't know I hope so! But it's sounding more and more to me that Platt is jumping on board with the likes of false prophets like Francis Chan who teach Lordship Salvation and that you have to stop sinning in order to be saved. That is a false Gospel and either someone who's saved that has been poisoned by false doctrine, or someone who's not saved who needs to quit trusting in their works and not Christ alone, therefore not my brother, but an heretic. The Gospel is the same for everyone. It's not that complicated. Whosoever believes; whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
@kevinjones-strum2thebeatmu1528 жыл бұрын
Neither Francis Chan nor David Platt teaches that we have to stop sinning to be saved. They teach that it is by grace alone we are saved through faith. The reality is that they take sin seriously because it separates us from a healthy relationship with Christ.
@oookok15 жыл бұрын
@@NoriDavis We are saved by placing our faith in Christ alone. However, genuine faith will make us love Christ and want to obey Him. This transformation is called the "fruit" of repentance and characterizes those who are truly saved, but not the reason why they are saved. 1 John 2:3-6: We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. 4 Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. 5 But if anyone obeys his word, love for God[a] is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: 6 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did. Also Romans 6:1-4: What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 2 By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? 3 Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. Therefore before you call other people false prophets, you need to read the Bible and find out biblical supports for the points you are making. If you call yourself a Christian, please spend more time understanding the word of God.

Wisdom is not a bad thing. Proverbs 9:10 says, fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. We should seek Godly wisdom. We are supposed to grow in wisdom. We must move on from the spiritual milk to solid food. But in the case of the bible speaking on children. This is talking about the ways of a child. A child does not hold pride. A child is willing to learn. A child is humble. A child can be disciplined, and will accept correction. A child can be led. A child is not like a stubborn donkey. That's why we must become like children.

+robby rensenbrink How is Jesus Christ a fantasy? No modern day historian denies that Jesus Christ existed - he certainly isn't a fantasy. Christianity is the only religion that is embedded in history. Their are names of people, kings, wars, nations, and events that are in the Bible, and are also recorded in History. Since Christianity is a historical religion, it can be investigated through historical means and its claims can be validated. No other religion can do this. Christianity is unique, and distinct.

I was enjoying that until they crushed your aspirations! Anyway, I disagree- Teach your child to think criticly, to discern between good and bad evidence, present them with the opportunity to explain how they reach their conclusions and talk about flaws in logic- let them make mistakes and discover them for themselves- If the Gospel is true it will survive critical analysis.
@junkwar20018 жыл бұрын
+phinch1234 "If the Gospel is true it will survive critical analysis." Hmm....The Old Testament has been used by the Jewish people for couple of thousands of years. The New Testament started about almost years old. Over the years, many highly educated and intelligent people, many of them are scientists, criticized the Gospel. Many of them ended became a believer. I think the Gospel has been proven already!
@thebumblebeemovie3514 Жыл бұрын
I think it’s important to teach kids the gospel and your perspectives on it, but teaching them the WHY is important and teaching them how to research and critically think about the information given is necessary in learning to be independent. Truth will stand no matter what anyone else tries to shape it as, critical thinking and research helps find the truth. If the gospel is true, then with enough research and critical analysis, the children can strengthen their faith in the gospel by doing that. The definition of indoctrination is teaching someone something without teaching them the “why” or any supporting evidence behind it. Teaching the gospel with the evidence supporting it is good because then the children can learn the “why” behind their new found beliefs.
