I know as a professional bodybuilder what he's talking about word for word this is what it takes you have to be this all the time and it's not forced you just are that when you have passion for something you train on it all the time even when you're not treating your training mentally you were there 100% of the time no matter what situation is

I used to use David Goggins to hype me up but life just ust been getting real so I started actually applying what he's teaching and the results have been absolutely insane I've been able to do things I didn't even think possible. I've been able to go into work hungover on 4 hours of sleep at 32 years old and perform for 12 hours shifts as if I was at my peak performance because when you think you're done or you don't have the energy the mind is lying to you and what she can push past that and the pain you can do incredibly shit physically and I used to think that was you know just the hype us out but no it it really will get you there

I remember I used to call kids lame for not being a class clown with me . Even though o graduated high school I still felt like I could’ve done way better I literally did the bare minimum I had so many opportunities thrown my way to do better but I was to ignorant to see it so even though I graduated college I don’t think my gpa is good enough for any college to accept me
