except your delivery sits at the depot and never moves for days and theres no freephone number and excuses on chat and dont respond to emails dont use this company if you want your delivery to arrive on time

except your parcel never leaves the depot just sits there for days and days and no communication just excuses :-) choose another company if you want your item when they say it will arrive

This company is bulshit. They are the bloody devil's...they play with your time...and give you false delivery dates and no reply

20 days and still waiting for a parcel

Worst courier company ever experienced! Zero communication, you waste days waiting in for them to deliver or collect, they turn turn up on the day shown on the tracking. They turn off Live Chat because they are so busy dealing with irate customers who try and find some way to contact them. Don’t answer emails, messages and have premium rate numbers to call.

Cowboy organisation that makes Hermes look good. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Advised by supplier that my parcel is to be delivered next day. Parcel company will email or text me with ETA. They haven't. Only way to find out was to go to tracking link. XDP advised a 2 hour window which expired 2 hours ago. Tried contacting them but nobody to talk to. Communication from them is appalling. I won't advise anyone to use them, how they stay in business is a mystery.

My parcel was carded this morning; however, the card wasn't posted through my letterbox, I don't even think the courier knocked. There is a photo of my house from outside my garden with a photo of the card, but it wasn't posted. When will there be a re-delivery? I have tried contacting several times this morning and got no response other than an automated e-mail. The time of the apparent attempted delivery was before the e.t.a.

Avoid like the plague as many state. The drivers FAKE attempted delivery. I was home ALL DAY waiting for my parcel and it never showed up. I checked the status and 30mins befor the 2 hour slot provided the driver " CARDED" the delivery , which means he supposedly attempted to deliver it and nobody answered or something. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE and no attempted delivery card was posted through my door either. I think the drivers get paid per mile so are FAKING attempted delivery so they can rack up the miles and make their routes faster. And im not the only one this jas happend to . Check the reviews online for this company. Again , avoid like the plague.

This company SUCKS!! No way of contacting them, APP does not work properly, They have my parcel ... and I am sad and angry

XDP Tracking works great. Its just that these clowns don't actually turn up to collect the good and if delivering they lose half the items and are not contactable. Avoid this company like the plague

What a load of shite. My goods are marked as out for delivery since the 16th July and I still haven't seen them

On their tracking website I selected the day I wanted for delivery and they failed to deliver to me. No information on tracking as to why, they will likely now try to deliver on a day when I am not going to be in and waste their time driving it to me and then back to their depot.
