Had some good times in there despite never living there; used to hang with this guy from France who was a real turd--he taught me to pull a hair out of my head and put it on stuff while I was away so I would know if someone rifled through my shit--if a Kit Kat was eaten while he was away he would know when he got back because that hair he pulled and left on top would be missing or moved (I never did that--it hurt too much but I do recall eating Kit Kat's in Spartan Village for some reason--such is the life I used to lead in buildings I wasn't paying for nor were they my Kit Kat's probably, either).

what is your plan to help those who cannot afford housing and are camping in public spaces???? make them criminals so that they have a record for the rest of their lives? what is the cause of people sitting or lying across sidewalks? what is the cause of your residence camping in public spaces? I have no problem with municipalities making ordinances but when you just put a band-aid over a supposed wound and do not address the cause you are not accomplishing anything except for creating a cash cow system that further steps on the throats of citizens. when people talk about common sense legislature they mean what would you want done if you were in those positions. if all the people sitting in that meeting were sitting and lying on the sidewalk and camping in public what would they want done to them or for them? this is just sociological games of putting more people in more boxes to control them and not give helping hands up up.
