The Estate is building underground drainage systems to take care that. They’ll be no flood. Is been raining heavily for days now. You can see me standing on a dry land there.

With respect Calabar Coastal Highway was "designed" 30 years ago, Landmark build his resorts closed to the beach to ""AVOID" the development of the Road, they gave Landmark 7 days to leave. NOT 7 WEEKS, 7 Days, So, Landmark CEO. told the governor WHY they did not stay with the original route???? however, the state destroyed Landmark, when the construction was moving, they reached a communication cable WHICH would blackout the entire Nigeria, So, they had to go to the ORIGINAL Route, the city, State, Government ONLY THINKING of their Bank accounts. Beside, they should give the people ADVANCE TIME, like Months, not come in a few hours, two days ETC

@@ichabaabraham With Respect give them ample Time, at LEAST 6 Months, Landmark, stay away from the original route was Plan 30 years ago, CEO, build his resort near to the Beach so they can give access to the original route, SHARE Envy, give the CEO, just 7 Days, I strongly believe if was other races, we would have NEVER heard of this.

The Third Mainland Bridge was rehabilitated by the Federal Government Of Nigeria, the Minister Of Works Senator David Umahi should be commended for doing a beautiful work,the Governor of Lagos State only provided a good working environment while the major repairs are being carried out.

See my route when i was in Lagos🤩 but mine begins from Ajah area of Lekki. Just to correct wgat you said about the Governor of Lagos, actually it is the Federak Govt through the minister of works Mr Dave Umahi that rehabilitated the 3rd mainland Bridge cos it belongs to the Federal Govt. Well done and thanks for sharing this update

We have done that already in front of the estate, working on road inside the estate, ones we’re done with the road construction, sewage and drainage will also be taking care of. The development in progress. I will keep on updating you as we progress. Thank you for your feedback.

This coastal roads is 650km all the way to calabar.lt is being constructed by dangote hitech,the same company that constructed apapa oshodi concrete road.Are you sure this is 6 lanes?Looks like 4 to me.And l can't see the space for train line in the middle like the minister for works dave umahi said.Thank you.

Lagos' version of Dubai? I like it! Too bad it's moving slowly but the same is also true for the condo towers in my home market of Edmonton... Even ones in our Ice District downtown next to the Oilers arena aren't selling like they planned which is a shame because the views from the 66th floor are amazing... And the highest in Canada outside of Toronto...
