Both nice phones. I don't have either, just experience with the Galaxy S3, S4, S5, S7 Active, S10+ and currently using a Samsung A14 5G because I've lose my S10+. My older S10+ is better in every way than the A14 5G except battery life... but it is a new phone with a massive 5000 or 5100 mah battery and it'll go 2 days easily or 40ish hours with lots of light use (not heavy gaming). The biggest differences between A models and Galaxy S models are the cameras and screen quality. Oh, and of course, the Galaxy S models always come with better Snapdragon/Adreno CPU/GPUs. Plus, as you can see, these A models have USB-C plugs but don't have USB-C speeds, so that's a bummer if you want to transfer lots of photos/videos from your phone to your PC. My PC has USB-C USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports (10Gbps) and the others are USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5GBps). So, that means I'd only get up to a max theoretical 480mbps no matter which port I used with the A52 but can utilize the USB 3.2 Gen 2 10GBps on the Samsung S21 5G. That's a HUUGE difference in speed.. especially when you're transferring several of those 4k 60fps vids you recorded that are several GB's large over a USB-C to USB-C cable. Lastly, The A52 5G only has 5Ghz WiFi while the Galaxy S21 5G has Wi-Fi 6 (aka the WiFi ax standard) which is by far faster. My PC actually has BT 5.3 and WiFi 6e, but my router is just 2.4ghz/5ghz so it doesn't even matter. However, I've noticed the Galaxy S10+ and above connect at MUCH (double or more) higher speeds on 5ghz networks than the cheaper phones. I dunno, here's how I go about it. I never buy brand new $1200-$1400 Galaxy S10/20 or better phones when they first come out. I wait 1 to 1.5 years and buy them new or open box on ebay for $300 max. Even the much older Galaxy S10+ would blow away this A52 5G in everything, from Wi-Fi speeds, to internal storage speeds, to the USB-C connection speeds. It has higher quality pictures, a more powerful CPU and GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, blah blah blah. It doesn't support 5G, though, but hey, it's a much older phone. So, follow my advice. Don't buy the NEWEST phone out unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket. Buy a 1 or 1.5 yar old new or open box (same difference) Samsung Galaxy S on eBay from a reputable seller (4000+ ratings) and experience the best of the best. I would just get another S10+ because it was so fast and could handle ANYTHING, but I think I'll set a budget of $300 again and get an S21 5G for $250-$280. The S22's are still going for $450ish new on ebay... and I don't really want to spend that much on a phone. I'm a PC guy, that's where my money goes. I have a: Asus ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming WiFi II AMD Ryzen 9 5900x (per core tuned with Curve Optimizer along with upped power limits via Asus Performance Enhancement) 2x16GB DDR4 3600 C16 Dual Rank @ DDR4 3666 C16 so I can run a slightly higher Infinity Fabric of 1833mhz (1:1 with the RAM) A 6700XT 12GB with SAM enabled And too many SSD's and HDD's to list, but I'm running a 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus in one of the M.2 slots and will run a 2TB Samsung 990 PRO in the PCI-e 4.0 slot here soon. That'll probably be after I upgrade my GPU to a 7800XT or 6950XT.
