Worst college, especially for Indians. Racist teachers to an extent that they have no concern for the student's future. All they have in their mind is their own personal agenda. Worst experience, everyday they have new tactics of making the student regretting the choice of coming there. Please consider any government or private university in India rather than sending your child there and putting their mental health at stake. They can't see any other nationality succeed. If your child goes there, their whole college life would be spent in clearing accusitions of plaggarism and giving re-tests even after getting highest grades in the class. They straight up send emails that won't give more than D grade however good you give the test. Worst teachers! Playing with students' future and hard work, no concern for somebody's hard earned money. I don't recommend Seneca to anybody, if you are a white person, go ahead this college is for you, you will get everything on a platter on the cost of somebody else's hardwork and sleepless nights.

I am based in Kolkata, India. I worked in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd as a Senior Process Associate (Backend Job) in insurance domain for than 6 years. I tried to transition into supply chain by doing a one year Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I'm done with my course and it's really hard to find a supply chain job here with no experience in this field. I think fresher can get entry level job but if you have experience in another field it's really difficult to get a new one in SCM.

This only happens when you study from a lame canadian college and get a graduate certificate... Studying at University and getting a master's degree is a whole different scenario.

As a supply chain manager with experience in automotive, CPG and Pharma sectors in Canada, without any SCM degree or designation, I can attest that degrees don’t matter at all. None of my 10 member team has any supply chain degrees. Only one has PMP designation and works as a buyer. Specially for my Indian brothers and sisters, please come out of this mindset that the degree will get you the job. You will be in for a very rude shock. You will have to struggle to find the first job at a coordinator level (inventory/production/procurement/logistics) and then put the hard work in to climb the ladder. Every organization over here in Canada chooses experience over degrees. Hint: People with Engineering background do extremely well in this profession due their innate problem solving abilities, strong mathematical foundations and a comfort level with use the of modern technology.
@عباسالمحيميد Жыл бұрын
totally agree, especially since there is an existing engineering degree that is related to the supply chain which is the industrial engineering
