To say Sean Taylor was something special, that doesn’t do it justice., that’s just. words. He was a freakish phenomenon. We’ll never see anything like that again in our lifetimes. Forget it. When God decided to create another gifted athlete destined for the game of football, he just took it too far. He took it to the abyss when he created Sean Taylor. Idk y’all.. If you were born after Taylor’s passing.. you just missed out. It isn’t fair.. gone too soon.

Sean Taylor got shot by a person who was flattered by his generosity but knew how to get into his house and took his life. 17 years ago! Man should be a grandfather.

Sean Taylor Would’ve been at least a 8-9 time pro bowler that’s the floor his ceiling he would’ve been a 12 time selection first ballot hall of fame to just wonder would he had stayed in Washington is the big “What If” would he had gone to The Patriots,Colts,Steelers ,Ravens or Packers ,49ers in the late 2000s and early 2010’s?

He’s right about Taylor’s intellect for the game. What good is all the athleticism and “pop” if you’re not in the right position? We had nosebleed Redskins tickets for Sean’s entire career and my dad would use binoculars to follow him. Dad said it’s “where the wreck is going to be!”.
@williamhermann66352 ай бұрын
It wasnt even really intellect as its been said he didnt really study film. He did what he did on pure talent and instincts. Unbelievable.

Like him passing wasn't news enough. Blacks get treated like crap. Meanwhile Roethlesburger is r*ping females and a s*x predator and was still playing and being praised while his case is swept under the rug.

This may be a video that's over 7 years old as of my comment today, but not much has changed since ESPN and others hung Sean Taylor's name out to dry. Crazy part is guys like Cowherd and all the other talking heads still are going as strong as ever, influencing people still in 2024. Other than Taylor's death itself, that's the other tragedy here. And per usual when someone is wrong, you never hear much of anything. "Colin Coward" should be his real name.

The media was wrong on so many levels for disrespecting Sean Taylor, his family, friends and his fans. The U is clearly a brotherhood and I wish them success. I was born in the early 80s and they were the best team when I first started following college football in the 1989 season. I had the privilege of seeing both Sean Taylor and Santana Moss in an NFL game. They both had great performances vs the 49ers in October 2005. I was in the Army and stationed in Virginia, so a buddy of mine (from Fort Lauderdale) went up to Fed Ex to watch a Redskins game. Sean Taylor intercepted Alex Smith, Santana Moss scored at least one touchdown and a rookie Frank Gore scored a late TD for San Francisco.

Ed Reed absorbed coaching & Leadership.. He was made to play Next to Ray Lewis AGAIN!! RayLewis & Ed Reed is IMO like Warren Sapp & John Lynch & Derrick Brooks, Roney Harrison & Willie McGinist,,Troy Plamaluo & James Harrison/Joey Porter. But REED IS THE GOAT... The COLTS had a awesome Safety same era. A FS I forget his name but he was amazing but always hurt..Why cant i remember his name.. He was that good but had zero care for his body when he launched.. Atwater,John Lynch or Antwain Winfied & other great HITTING SAFETIES/CB's should teach how to hit super hard & not get hurt.. Steeler fans, sorry i butched your great Safeties name...
