What is the point of having an AI voice basically read the product description? Trash review

A marketing ad dressed up as a review, no information other that what the Mnft. provides. The cost might be worth it with an 8 inch heat coil, unfortunately, this does not have one as stated. Is that called fraud? Bought one and tested on 3 different size SS pans. All showed coil during boiling water test, a diameter of 6 inches. Don't buy this product. If they are lying about something so basic and important as coil size, cannot consider them reputable.

I finally gave up when I realized this is just an infomercial. It doesn’t tell me how to use it

Would have helped to have an actual example of how the touchless feature works instead of a 7 minute slideshow

Unit only lasted 15 months of light use (microwave no longer functions), only used the Air Fryer about a half dozen times, would warm oatmeal or coffee a few times a week... maybe used about 10 times a week, < 5 minutes each, Magnetron comes on, but barely heats food , back right corner gets very warm in & after a minute of use & opening door I get the "Hot" warning. Really hate to put something that I paid so much for & used so little on the lawn for trash. 😟 Going back to a standard microwave when I finally have time to shop for one. Not durable, I expected at "least" 5 years service from it. Noted, This model has been replaced with identical unit with a "child lock" software, different model #.

The door mechanism failed on our oven. The doors wouldn't shut no matter how much force was applied. Even though we liked the size the door mechanical failure leads us to not recommend this oven.

FACT: The heating coil is 6 inches! The ONLY portable induction unit with an 8 inch heating coil is the Breville Control Freak!

This review said it comes a grill plate, mine did not! The box did not say that it was not included. However did say feature was grilling. It doesn’t work without the grill plate. When contacted support by email they had me jump thru hopes with multi pictures only to email me back and say it was not included. It seems like false advertising to me! 7:38
