Hi Sam, nice Poll mule, like you said in the short video, the deformities in that particular mule, I bred some a few years back, all was going well, until I noticed as they got bigger, all the chicks (3), their beaks were crossed, the hen was able to feed them as they gaped for food, they were so crossed that you could see their tounges as they sat in the nest as fledglings, I had to do away with them as no way could they have been able to feed themselves. 😔. Anyways you have done well to have bred that many of them. Good going mate. 👍.😮

Welldone mate I'm done now 30 birds on sticks. One pair with a chick about a week old other three eggs were no good. One dry in shell other two started but for some reason didn't end up doing owt sammy mate. I've another nest with 4 eggs all full off my white pied goldfinches double factor birds.

@user-jr7fx2ob1g plenty of baths vitamins minerals plenty soak seed plenty of greens kail cabbage broccoli I give them a touch of conditioning seed and As soon as there through the moult ill reduce dwn to just hard seed it works for me jon boy more baths the better brother

Top birds Sam, when I kept them I found that they were super steady birds, becoming tame easily, I used to collect 'Meadowsweet', this time of the year, for when they were going through the moult, the cock bully is a real beaut, colour mutation. Nice one mate. 👀👍.

@@snsbritishbirddiaries That's impressive. My Norwich are not great at incubating so I used fosters. One hen in particular stops sitting after 10 days for every clutch she's laid. If you are getting Norwich that hatch and feed; you are a lucky man

Haven't your bully's done owt sammy mate. If there only last years birds hold onto them. Maybe next season they'll breed. Try them in a flight or hight up in cages. Goldfinches & bully's like to be high up.
