Also Sean complains about Finn in his journal even if you forgive him, he writes "i let Finn become Daniels brother" showing he really hates how his authority has been stripped away and Daniel followed Finn's lead not his. That's really upsetting but also Daniel's a little brat so he does what he wants in that chapter

He made a mistake and paid for it too (Finn i mean), I just hate how he roped two vulnerable brothers into it, knowing their criminal charges would only increase should everything go south, not to mention the danger of the operation. However i kind of understand it from a selfish POV. So yes he is selfish but also at this point in the story it doesn't make sense to blame him, they're just kids who need money. He's a fucking bum hippie of course he wants money. Kind of hard to judge someone for survival, like I wouldnt judge Sean for stealing at the gas station because he has a brother to look after. Anyway they're just a bunch of dirty hippies but I also imagine Sean kind of being dumb enough to trust him and go along with the heist in that moment (I would, it felt right to wanna screw with Merrill after he took away the paycheck, of course its dumb AF but if you put yourself in that mindset, "we have superpowers on our side, let's screw him over, Yolo")
