This is nothing like the book Junior is a pure home bread psycho with no connection to reality, he murders Angie and her friend in like one of the first scenes and keeps the bodies as his girlfriends. I don't think I'll ever watch the tv show they clearly were too scared to do the actual story and portray the cops as rapists and sickos.

I had such high hopes for this show after reading and loving the book, but it failed. And I agree, this Junior is ridiculously tame compared to his book counterpart.

@@WerewolfQueen90 So true. I lover Kings work one thing I think he does not relish it gory details as shock devices, he uses them for their purpose to get across how evil certain characters are. One thing I've always seen in his work is a sense of justice, particularly when it comes to authority figures be the military, political or law enforcement he always warns against people with certain standing having to much sway and not facing justice like the rest of society. He basically arms that the good someone does does not wash out the bad particularly the acts of murder, rape or abuse. It's a constant theme in his books that all should be treated equal and not subject to better treatment because their position. Under The Dome is the ultimate book in which he deals with this subject, a group of people who think themselves above all others or has having the right to rape and abuse others as they see fit is incredibly dangerous.
