Hi! My sister is really enjoying her bag. She has only used it for a couple of months & likes the versatility of the bag. No complains about the straps @ this point, however as I mentioned she has not used it for more than a couple of months & she does not overstuff her bags either. Hope this helps.

Thank you, Purse Rehab did an amazing job and charged a very fair price with the amount of damage my purse had. As such, each purse is different (ie age, style, & amount of damage, etc.) is different as well. As I am unsure if I am able to disclose price, I do know that they will do a free estimate with the pictures you send them and the price did not change at all after I submitted my purse. Actually, I am going to have a tote bag repaired by then within the next few months. I hope this helps.😊

Thank you so much! It really does fit a lot! Unfortunately, I just sold this gorgeous bag last week:(. I had to make room for new items:)))). Actually, the 1 year mark would be in April (purchased 2019) and it was in excellent condition. Keep in mind I am constantly rotating my handbags and I use them yet am very careful and mindful of where I place them, etc. More videoing posting soon!!!!

Welcome & thank you! As of current, I have a small makeup bag that holds a lot, my midsize chanel wallet, and a pair of sunglasses (with a case). I just placed another pair of sunglasses (with a case) to check and it fits well with room, so the answer is yes it can fit all of those items:) I live in Michigan (with this ever changing weather) and it is nice to be able to go to work, run errands, and etc and not have to worry about the leather trim of this purse being affected by the elements:) Actually the size & trim makes this an easy wearing bag. Also, if possible, if you live near a Louis Vuitton store, they welcome you trying to see if your items fit in your bag of choice. If not, I believe there is a 30 day return policy if you order online and shipments arrive quickly. Hope this helps and thanks for your patience in my reply:)
