How do you guys plan what you're gonna speak on, and how do you prepare for the message leading up to the presentation?

After we record each episode we talk to each other and decide what to talk about, normally it is something we’re struggling with. To prepare we will find some scripture but other than that we just pray that God will give us the right words.
