This is quite an odd floor plan & doesn't flow.

Quick tour again with only glimpses of some of the rooms. You must have have had somewhere else to be lol Lunch out maybe? Quick guiness in the pub. I just watched a video of a teeny tiny bungalow that only ran for a minute because it was so small but yours was only a fraction longer, could have done with more of this.

Not a very good representation, sorry. If we can only see parts of the rooms it's difficult to get an idea of room size, orientation etc. I like to see the whole room including bathrooms.

Lovely spacious property that needs a bit of updating. Personally I don't like the doors, bit dark and would be expensive to replace them all with oak ones. Bathroom sweet, wow, didn't know those green ones still existed! The garden is lovely but it did sound very noisy, I wonder if that is all the time or only at certain times of the day?

You must have missed the wardrobes in the upstair bedrooms ????? Where do you put your clothes, and my wife's shoe collection ????

The property is priced for the view which is amazing but when you look at what there actually is to offer sorry but not worth the money. No space for a table in the kitchen. Only one bathroom. No storage in the bedrooms lack of head height. Desk on the landing area = a home office? Nicely presented home, hope they get an offer.

Odd choice of music and very loud. Sounded like the theme to a murder mystery. I am sure with practice it will improve but the actual filming is very jolty and too much swinging around , meant that I had to stop watching as it made me feel dizzy. Also it felt like you were too close to things to give an adequate view.

All the dark on heaters and kitchen would be a nightmare to keep clean. The kitchen wasn’t well design as with that area there could be a lot more storage but doesn’t have much storage, fridge space is tiny and the cupboard storage far from enough for someone who likes cooking/baking. The road is super noisy too which is a pity as outdoor space is quite nice

Maybe an unfortunate time of day to film. I’d ask vendors if it quietens down at night. Lovely house and rear land.

The ROAD NOISE is intolerable, at any price! Not even an estate agent could describe it as 'tranquil'! Or a 'peaceful retreat'!

The wooded garden makes up for lack of a view. The interior doors and vertical radiators look great. One of our favourites so far. 😁👍

When that small storage space is and kitchen , id move the wall. Id put in toilet and sink 1st floor 1/2bath 👍

Be great for a second home!

The sea views are totally 💯 outstanding. Unfortunately the property’s design lacks any wow factor. The interior walls plastered texture is ugly and looks like my great grandmother home. A white lime plaster would have looked more in keeping. The sun room looks to high for an orangery and wall is not even plastered it looks unfinished.

Aye shame folk sell/split their big gardens to develop. Spoils a good property. I remember this property from 45 years ago. Previously had a lovely garden full of fruit trees. This is the way, i regret.

Why do you never mention the price

You need to better your video skills. After 1 min I get dizzy and have to exit your videos …..sad

The video cuts off suddenly at the end. Again, the music stops 2/3rds of the way through, reverting back to the original commentary - which makes no sense! Also, there are lots of personal photos on display (as there has been in other videos occasionally). It'd be a good idea to blur them out. Otherwise, a smashing house. 😁👍
