And does leg 🦵 work outs help with lossing hips fat too I looking to loss legs fat and thighs and hips fat gone and I looking for a way to get smaller hips in size with my legs and thighs and butt to I really want to get it smaller but left back up from the sagging is there a way for me to do that .I also have fat on my arms under back side where the breast are and love handle they call them and then belly fat I not sure what all names they have for that donut belly fupa belly there some more I can't remember them I also heard muffin top my weight is 172.6 right now yesterday it was a pound lighter. Ok so if this is just for women over 40 then I think you should be making some for women 55 and over because the 40 one will do me no good at all because I am 55 in this past Dec 29 thanks
