And does leg 🦵 work outs help with lossing hips fat too I looking to loss legs fat and thighs and hips fat gone and I looking for a way to get smaller hips in size with my legs and thighs and butt to I really want to get it smaller but left back up from the sagging is there a way for me to do that .I also have fat on my arms under back side where the breast are and love handle they call them and then belly fat I not sure what all names they have for that donut belly fupa belly there some more I can't remember them I also heard muffin top my weight is 172.6 right now yesterday it was a pound lighter. My body fat is 45.1 and my neck was 14 inches and my hips was 42 inches my waist 43 inches I am 5foot and 7 .5 inches tall and I am a woman with a medium body frame I was a small one before gaining weight and at one time I had gain up to 215 in weight I was large frame but I gotten back to a medium frame but tell so fat to much weight on me I did the calories cut down but it didn't do much for me please please let me know back soon if you can help me I pray 🙏 you ♥️ can but please let me know back something 🙏 and my age is 55 woman never want to tell her real age but I did for you to see if it will help you to help me thank you for all your work outs ♥️ ❤😊❤😊❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

It varies from person to person. But I do recommend doing it for at least 3 weeks to see the difference. Remember consistency is the key here.

I do recommend doing it for at least 3 weeks. 3 to 4 times per week for better result. Remember, consistency is the key here.

Ok so if this is just for women over 40 then I think you should be making some for women 55 and over because the 40 one will do me no good at all because I am 55 in this past Dec 29 thanks

I’d recommend doing it twice but doing it just once is still effective. Just remember to stay consistent!
