It all looks OK I guess.. I noticed you have trouble with the cap where the hips meet the ridge. Maybe try using a square next time. It could make a good job look great.

I did this upgrade line on mine. You didn't include part #. It is. Gates W0133-1779307. Was having much trouble with aftermarket original design. Kept leaking on high pressure. So far, so good. Don't know yet if it will last.

Where were you when my wife locked the key in the trunk. And i used a zip cut throught the trunk lid to stick my arm in an feel around for the thing. I did this in the parking lot. Now i have a fiber bond shht looking repair.

Loved your trick.. I used an M10x1.25 bolt.. I did not remove the cv axle or any other car parts.. I put a mixed bag of extensions across/over the cv axle with a swivel 14mm and drove it in with an air ratchet. The lower o-ring I was able to put a short ratcheting box wrench on it to drive in the bolt and then I plucked them out with the pry bar... thanks for the trick....👍🏻👍🏻

Very helpful excellent video thank you. This does seem to be a problem on Perkins engines. I have also heard the aluminum timing cover can corrode and leak coolant into the engine oil .

"Removing seal cups this way.. I doubt it but it works great You'll need bolt 7/16'' and about 5''-7'' long. It will finish extracting in 15 seconds. Original cups are made from steel and rubber. Thank you for the video!

My kit came with 2 o rings, does the cup seal side get a o ring also? Just realized the other o ring goes on the end of the pressure hose at the power steering pump

Wasn't really sure, I didn't get any instructions with the hoses. Then I got 2 o rings and only 1 cup seal. Thanks for the video
