Great question! Depends if you are sending cold emails or not. GHL is fine for warm emails to your list(I use it for that), but it is not designed for sending lots of cold emails. Instantly has a ton of features to help improve cold email deliverability that GHL doesn't have.

Hi Jay, thanks for this. So I have a Workspace for my company and primary domain. Should I set up another separate Workspace for all my cold outreach domains and keep them separate? Or should I set up a separate Workspace for each cold outreach domain? ChatGPT is telling me to do the latter but that seems like a hassle. Thanks for your help. Great vids.

We use GHL. it already has an integrated cold email system. Buying instantly on top of it seems redundant-what do you suggest? Can we replicate all these things in GHL with the same high quality results?

GHL is not designed for cold email and I would never recommend using it for that. I use GHL to email my list(warm email) but not for cold email.

Do whatever you need to do to get the first few clients and get some testimonials and case studies. You might need to offer your service for free or at a discount to get going.

If thats all you have then yes, I would use it. It's not quite there yet, but they are making improvements and I think the LTD will be valuable when they figure it out.

You could try an omni-channel approach by hitting them on LinkedIn after sending your email. I wouldn't be too aggressive with it though. Send them a connection request, comment on their post, then send them a DM saying you have reached out by email.

You want to make it look as human as possible so send during normal business hours. You could send Saturday mornings, I probably wouldn't do Sunday.

@leadgenjay alright, how much calls can I get if I target 3000 companies , 3 decision makers in each on average so 9000 prospects , now I would do initial mail + 3 followups to each , so that would be 38,000 emails in total Iknow this thing depends on many factors but how much calls can I get on average?

Is Brevo a good option for cold emails they have an amazing free plan that offers a good automation system but It doesn't have custom domain tracking feature
