Ok if you don't know what 'bearing a p-plate' means. (Which is the first thing the reporter mentions as something that purportedly attracts the ghost). I had no idea what she said at all,so I scrolled down thru the comments and saw someone write about maybe the cops should slap on a p plate. So here is what wiktionary says P-plate: (Australia) a plastic square sticker consisting of a large red letter P on a white background, placed on a vehicle to indicate that the driver only has a provisional licence. So meaning drivers who don't have a drivers license yet, like in the U.S. What we call a driver that only has their permit. Sadly we don't have any outward sticker to alert other traffic that a driver may only have his/her permit. Although with only a permit you can only drive with an adult with a valid license.

gam3overmd Perhaps because it is a local story locals search for it on youtube and locals comment on that they lived next to Lemon Tree Passage because they are locals. Hence how I got to this video. I lived in Newcastle, 15kms from Lemon Tree Passage. And if you don't know Newcastle it has about 400,000 population and there are about another 6 small similar towns surrounding Lemon Tree Passage, Anna Bay, Nelson Bay, Salamander Bay just to name a few. This town is small but there are a lot of people that live in the much larger surrounding areas.
