Love the floor plan but just need the porch to be off the ground because in the South it rains a lot and everything gets flooded. Also looking for a Master with a small sunroom and a fireplace on the second level.

I love this home!! I love all the homes from this builder. I am looking for a home because I want to move to Clayton in NC. Unfortunately all the homes have gone through the roof. So I am unable to afford a home under $400,000 from this builder. Well maybe one day God will bless me. Beautiful home and God Bless!!
