Love the audio, that’s the type of message my generation needs. We’re currently experiencing what I call a war on consciousness, all the negativity and ill mindsets that are choices (I’m not talking about what makes you you, I’m talking about arrogance selfishness greed disrespect and the unwillingness to open the heart or mind) it’s destroying us, all anybody cares about is having fun or what feels good immediately, why are people my age afraid of hard work, why are we afraid of commitment, why do we back down or run when things get hard. We need the older generation as much as they need us, life is about unity not money and pleasure, there’s so much we can’t learn because we think we know more or better, we need to be humble, and always remember we’re all human, we all make mistakes, and we’re all worthy of love and respect. 1 1/2c unbleached flour 1 1/2t baking powder 1/2t baking soda 2T sugar or allulose 1/2t salt 1 egg 2 T melted butter , cooled 1c buttermilk (1c whole milk +1T white vinegar) Mix and bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until golden brown ,210 degrees internal temperature.

Kit includes 1 Scoring Lame 2 Dough Whisk 3 Cleaning Brush 4 Bowl Scraper 5 Dough Cutter 1 proofing basket Although it is not my preferred lame it is a traditional one that works great . The dough whisk has a short sturdy handle I really like Cleaning brush is really helpful to brush flour from the proofing basket Bowl scraper is standard Dough cutter which is otherwise known as a bench scraper is a must . It is nice and sturdy. Proofing basket : nice quality maybe a little small for larger dough yields. overall this is a good deal And great for anyone just starting out baking bread amzn.to/49Z8iRb

Blue Cheese Steak Butter 1/2 pound blue cheese 1 1/2 sticks softened butter 1T Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic , minced Mix and wrap . Put on hot steak and enjoy! It is the perfect way to elevate a steak. if you don’t like blue cheese, try it with feta cheese

Simple and a great breakfast . Warm up leftovers in oven or air fryer. 3 slices bacon 🥓 crumbled 4T Brie , no rind Divide into cups 8 eggs 3 T cream cheese Salt and pepper Pour into cups and bake at 350 until puffed . Enjoy

1 1/2 c chocolate chips (Lilly’s , choc zero) 1T kerigold butter 3/4c no sugar added peanut butter 1t vanilla Melt chocolate and butter together mix until smooth Add peanut butter and mix until smooth and thick Pour into parchment lined pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut and enjoy!
