Dada's century at Lord's against England was class . His cover drive had elegance and short arm pull were perfect . The greats in the commentary box gave him title " Prince of Calcutta". His hundred against Australia in Brisbane was out of the world . His air punch after getting his hundred told the world I am here to stay and win .

Ten minutes a day just Wong cut it! Even in aerobics, sustained practice of at least 20 minutes a day is recommended to get the training effect. For results from breathing exercises, that needs to be 30 minutes a day. Nestor gives various ideas. There is one I have found useful: the spirometer, which is an inexpensive contraption that can help develop the inspiratory n expiratory muscles with regular practice.

Good points. As individuals we focus too much on results and not on process, which adds to the stress. Focusing on process will lead to excellence over time, which will eventually lead to success. As a society (the world over) we celebrate 'success' too much while deriding 'failure' too much. We need to balance between the two, and treat both as transient. Heartbreaking to see so many students committing suicide for not having attained 'success' in academic sphere. Sports teaches a lot about failure and coping with it, and the 'never quit' mindset. Unfortunately, we in India tend to treat sports as a mere distraction from academics. Our sports icons like Manu Bhakar are 'survivors' of our education system, not its products.
