Is this on Cromwell Island? Which would make it too remote and inaccessible? How far is the nearest town and the nearest city? Cromwell Island has a lake around it, but it can't have a large river or even perennial streams running through it because it simply doesn't have a large enough contiguous geography for a watershed to even drain into a perennial creek. How do you commute from Cromwell Island? Boat, seaplane and a helicopter? Is Bozeman the only interesting city in Montana? Better than Laramie, WY, but worse than Denver, CO? At parity with or better than Pagosa Springs and Telluride, CO?

We stayed with them in 17. Wonderfull,gracious people. It's too bad the county wouldn't let them have some peace and quiet. Beautiful place in some of Gods most beautiful land.

on zillow its listed for 369,900 that;s a difference of 79.1k .. which is correct please
