do you guys sell the screw to keep the derailleur hanger attached to the bike?

Why in the book it says to add the spacers inside the forks but on the video all it shows is the one silver washer and the two black washers and the two bolts the only thing that keeps the front tire on securely I’m assuming the two spacers was just for safety and packaging purposes

I am a new owner assembled today! Funny they connected an orange cable to a yellow in the video. All colors should be the same for each connector. They have guide tabs/grooves as well as arrows to help align. It may take a little pressure to get started. Warning!!!!! One of the back cargo carrier, bottom support allen bolts was in so tight I stripped out my wrench trying to loosen. Don't force it. I used large vice grip on super tight to break free. The inside was not buggered that bad, so I used it. The top forward support bolts go into aluminum. It's very easy to strip out. Take your time. I bent the brackets slightly to have a flusher fit instead of an angle to relieve stress on bolt. The one I stripped was a M5-80. I replaced it with a 20 SS length bolt ( barely fit), and you can't use any longer. 15 is probably better. I only stripped out 1/2 the threads. Don't torque, just slightly snug. If worried, use locktite blue, not red!!! You "should" be able to charge battery with power switch off as brick light turns red. See the bike manual, not the charger booklet. Mine came with a different headlight than in the video, so the fender bracket had to go in front of the light bracket. There is really no good place for the phone charger. I mounted on the right side close to the shifter, so when closed on the phone, I can see all of the shifter. Don't buy a plastic bike alarm, that's idiocy. If I was stealing one, my first action would be to smash the alarm with a hammer real hard so it never went off, just to pieces. I bought two metal motorcycle disk brake alarms. They don't clamp in round holes, but through large open area. For the back, I clamp the bottom chain and top chain, just behind the front sprocket to the horizontal fame going to the rear tire. Then I will use my extended NY Kryptonite lock with long braided cable and after-market improved Kryptonite mount. But I never plan to park it away from home. But prepared JIC.

No top speed test on motor only. Most important test. I have same setup on my bike, it does 39mph throttle only. Goes up any incline that you can walk up and some you can’t.

You may need to use a torch to heat the screws to break them free. I used a kitchen torch and it worked just fine.

Just unboxed mine today.....assembly was not bad at all....test drove to 25 mph in PAS 3 on rear motor alone, and I weigh 290 lbs.... scary fast acceleration... going to ride it awhile before I try a top speed run.

I have the black and blue version I've had it for almost a year and a half two years now I have over $1,100 Mi on it this bike does 31 Mi an hour I wish the battery was bigger 10 amp hour is okay but you're doing about 20-25 me and then you're going to have to start charging it back up but it doesn't take three or four hours to charge it back up from 40 or 50 percent. But it's an okay bike for a starter bike

So my bike and controller have differ colors I got greyish color brown black no idea what it goes to one orange and yellow and two black and yellow black blue and red and the wires I ran are two brake wires red and black then theirs black white red which is my throttle wire then their a two way or three way wire which is 4 wires connected together with male and female ends it’s two males and one female end and I think this is the last one with red blue black green yellow with same cable but purple and white can u tell me how to hook it up had them labeled for the motor and controller swap but can’t figure it out

i got the nc81f display i dont get the 1-3, 1-5, 1-9. anymore first i could get does, but now i can only select 0-3, 0-5, 0-9. i want to put the power assist pas levels, so i can put it on pas 1 say 20% power pas 2 40% pas 3 60% power pas 4 80% pas 5 on 100% but i only get the 0-3, -05, 0-9 in the screen. how do i get it back so i can see them all ? and then change the power/pas levels ?

What kind of Grease is on the gears?

Had this bike for over a week now, I did little over 100 miles on it. i absolutely love everything about it, the only thing i would add is more gears so i can actually pedal at 38 mph and feel like i'm pushing the bike but with 7 speed its impossible, its not a big deal i just go fast all the time so i could use it, other than that the bike is AWESOME!!! customer service is great. 👍🏻been checking on me every since i order the bike.
