I have worked through a huge amount of set ups. Have used it exclusively on the deluxe solo stand. My complaint is that they now sell metal more durable knobs that I wish had come with it. Other wise it’s freaking amazing- versatile- smooth- and crazy adjustable. No height or other issues cannot be worked around. Love it!

I have both the rogue pack sled and the slice. Pack sled is great for drags and quick to set up/store, super lightweight. The slice I will only use for pushes
@GarageGymRadioКүн бұрын
Do you do the sled outside?
@tas14242 күн бұрын
I rarely use my battle ropes but do use them. My sled doesn't get much use but I think if I had a wheeled one I would because I think they're amazing. Jammer arms I use almost every session though and I use my flat bench waaaay more than my adjustable. My adjustable isn't very good though. Narrow pad and a bit unstable.

Today is a great podcast day! I think some people are sleeping on the RX3. The price is closer to the Bells tower than to the Rogue or Rep options. They said they’re working on a lat pull-down attachment to get a more vertical pull. The ability to do seated rows at any height is also great. I’d love a 300 lb stack option if they could swing it.

I feel like the rack attached stuff is just a phase right now and we will go back to stand alone equipment shortly. Functional trainers were all the rage and before that it was full all in one home gyms.
@ronniefarhat952 күн бұрын
For most people interested in rack attached stuff, it’s because they don’t have the space for separates. I think it’s obvious that if you have the space for multiple machines, that’s going to be less of a compromise.
@GarageGymRadio2 күн бұрын
I feel like 2 racks being the standard would be more likely. I honestly don't think rack attachments are going away

No set-up is the best set-up! Dumbbells, kettlebells, BOS weight stack cable tower, echo bike! That’s where I’m at right now. I think that’s why a smith machine is so enticing.. just a little more efficient than a rack. Loving the pod, always a good listen! 💪

THANK YOU. I'd do with a rack first over a smith machine every day, but it totally depends on workout style.

Some people are doing less reels and shorts and getting paid on top of the free equipment. It’s a lot of work. You gotta think can you give it away to a person in need like a school/ teenager / fire department etc. or if you want to sell except like 40% or less of retail for non major brands like Rogue and Rep etc

I have one. I always wanted one but it wasn't worth the floor space in my home gym. Once i saw this version i purchased it right away. To me its worth the money. Its rock solid and performs as expected.

rogue too late to the game. If I was going to buy an all in one it will defently be the ARES. I am still waiting for rogue to somehow add a FT with rhino, that will be prettiy cool. I have the rhino and love it. but for all in one I will go with ares or vesta. NO rogue for me

What a crazy story and an awesome guy. I wonder if a platform like indiegogo or kickstarter could help him raise some capital with long delivery pre-orders.

Leg Extension/Curl machine .. you might want to consider the Deltech DF807 leg ext/curl machine for $289(free shipping) over the Gronk machine for $689(free shipping). Just a thought.

I don't like the arm pads they prevent a full stretch i understand the safety aspect but you can get like 50% more gains with a better stretch. Overall very cool though

One small nitpick. When comparing percentage values it is already an aggregate so % change of a percentage is not the proper way of looking at it for YoY comparisons. Instead you should do a simple difference in percentage points to properly represent a change. For instance, rogue should be down 4.36% not 11% as shown in your table.

I've been doing it this way since my "marketing analytics" days. I think if you make sure to show all of the numbers this works, but I'm open to being wrong and updating in the future.
@Mrwatson1858 күн бұрын
@@GarageGymRadio seen this done in marketing circles in the past. Don’t think there is a right or wrong, but when percentages are low it can be confusing when you show a >100% increase for percentages. Just a nitpick appreciate you hearing me out :)
