Yes we can but cotton will soak nailpolish and it will get dry quickly

Step by step process 👇 1) Remove nailpaint 2) Soak hands in lukewarm water with shampoo, detergent and soda powder for 10-15 mins. Clean nails using a brush and rinse properly with clean water. 3)Scrub your nails and hands thoroughly. 4) Moisturise well and apply any serum/ oil in your nails. 5) Shape your nails of your choice and apply nailpaint Follow for more 💞
