One of my first cars was a mini clubman 1275 GT a slightly different shaped from the mini your doing .. Havnt seen a mini clubman in years

1980s. 4 of us in my mini with shot shocks. Car wouldn't go in straight line, crabbing all over the road. Alright with just me in it lol....😂

Would have been good to get a view of the common rust spots, so inner and outer cills, front and rear subframes, boot corners, especially behind the tank just to see what further gremlins this mini has hidden away. Id bin that twin back box too, awful. good work on the bootlid

Looks lovely, I’m glad you are going to bin that hideous gear knob! Did you check the Sills and A panels? I can just see the edges of suspicious rust in your video so I would be getting under it to check it all! Brings back bad memories of the 3 I had!! 😮

The sills look fine just on the edges they were getting a bit flakey so I rust treated and then repainted them. The A pillar on one side is bubbling so needs sorting soon !

Nice car Zak.....looks stunning again 👌 On the next car issue: seat ibiza cupra 2.0-16v ......fat wheels and rims, 7 and 9 x 16 inch, and just a little lower. The only "down" on these cars is the firm clutch pedal but U can change the gearbox/clutch to a hydraulic from a toledo 1L gt or golf 3 gti 16v. They've got everything a sporty car needs. There quiet rare nowerdays.

Fantastic video.Brings back memories of my first car. £450 MINI 1L that was totally restrored for passing my test, but with the lack of power i spent many weekends going round scrap yards until i found a metro turbo. Now my mini was a pocket rocket.......... should have never sold it but you cant keep them all. Keep up the good work.

I brought it as a whole kit so unfortunately there isn’t any part numbers on them. Have a search online for MK1 golf hydraulic clutch kit.
