Do you mean their health is above 45k? Because it requires you to be below 45k for it to take effect. Also I’m not too sure myself as I haven’t tried any builds ignoring catastrophe. It may be possible though if you have enough damage boosting sigils to keep you at cap.

Yeah as long as you have all of the main sigils required like war elemental, your damage caps, character exclusive trait, etc. The other things you fill in are mostly your preference. Things like Improved Dodge, Guts, Potion Hoarder, Linked Together, or Aegis. All depends on what you value most or can afford to slot in.

If you know what you’re doing progression isn’t hard but also the game came out February 1st so it’s been a good amount of time to get far. Also PlayStation players had 3 day early access.

I didn’t want to search guides but after not clearing Versa dps check on proud I came to YT for tips. But all the tips I did find were after you beat all the proud quests. So it’s understandable everyone is wayy past me. I’m just coping :0

@@lurizy I don’t really know what half the sigils u have do or how to get them. And that weapon looks enchanted and I can’t forge it…so I guess a drop from a boss I haven’t even unlocked yet. Either way I’m still far from endgame

I would say to matchmake for it. That could definitely help but if that’s not working you might have to farm for more sigils and boost up your AI teammates damage. Or if you’re on PlayStation I could help.

Yea I think I’m going to max all AI to 100% mastery tree and lvl 100 weapons, And then see if I can beat Versa. I’ll unlock the transmarvel thing and hopefully get some good drops. And btw I searched up that weapon u got and it is a drop from Proto; a boss that’s wayy out of my league

No it’s not needed it’s a place holder. I currently only have 1 supplementary dmg sigil. But it definitely is a very good sigil for matchmaking.

More linked together means more chances to activate link time and link time is a good time to gain skybound arts soooo. Really up to you whether you value link time. It also affects chain burst and ally joint based dmg such as link attack not just charging of the gauge

Are you with AI or a party?

Yeah that’s the plan but my luck hasn’t been the greatest lol only have had one supplementary dmg to drop my entire time playing.

I’m not using combo booster and I use tyranny because without it my normal attacks in dawnfly stance don’t always hit at cap I’m definitely open to suggestions though

@@lurizyyou should use crit chance stamina combo sigil. Your more likely to hit your cap when you crit. With only one crit sigil you should be able to hit 100%.

Also is it just me or does it change sometimes? Sometimes for me it hits for around 1.1 mil both hits and sometimes it’ll be like 800k Maybe I wasn’t at max butterflies and didn’t notice but idk

@KILLKAM- yeah I know that’s why I was assuming that’s what the reason was but I try to never use it unless I’m at max. Also would you recommend skybound art damage or skybound art damage cap?

Haha, sometimes I feel that way but I can’t say for certain. I think there are just other characters that outshine her. Like every time I have a Eugen on my team he gets it almost every time. Also could just be that my build isn’t as good idk. I think my Naru is pretty good but I would need more info to see where she stands.

@@lurizy It's probably her kit because after all it's not a rocket science to do simple combos and mash in Relink. Everyone has the same sigils more or less atm.

Yeah I’ve thought about adding another damage skill but dance of pink petals is really good.

Sorry about that I had explained it in my last build video so this one I just showed the two sigils I swapped as mostly everything else was the same.

You have to get your curios appraised by zathba and hope it drops. Currently this is the only way and it took me a while to get them I only have one of each.

And butterfly’s awakening drops from transmarvel rolls that you get from siero when you transmute sigils.

Probably don’t need it. It could definitely be swapped for something else, but it does increase damage though.

He could change the combo sigil for the Finisher one, so the Freeflutter finisher hits consistently at the damage cap. From my own testing, even with 31k power, the finisher was hitting around 33/35k randomly, but with the sigil I was hitting 42k consistently, even at level 11 with damage cap at 65 (no war elemental). Seems Freeflutter finisher has a higher damage cap than skills or combos.

Guys hold on. I am talking about ON capped dmg. Will combo finisher add another dps similar to supplementary damage? I don't think so

​@@icalculi on damage cap, no sigils will increase damage, outside supplementary and war elemental, the latest acting as a 20% damage boost even if the boss has no elemental weakness (plain) or so I have read. if you want to see if any of the sigils helps you increase your damage, hit the dummy and shuffle sigils until your attks do not increase anymore. and like I mentioned, seems that even if your normal attks have a cap, skills and finishers tend to have a higher cap. for example, for me, dance of the pink petals does not increase any of my damage: normal damage for me caps at 42,874 exactly each time, but without finisher and combo sigils, the freeflutter finisher doest not hit that threshold. In summary: if you are at the damage cap (for skills, attks, combos and such) no sigils outside supplementary and war elemental will increase it. Side Note: if you are at the damage cap and you want to increase your dps, I would suggest aiming for 100% crit. I tried 2 supplementary sigils at 83% crit vs 1 supplementary sigils with a Crit sigil for 99% crit: that latest outdps it by 300k. Hope this info helps.

​@@icalculi On damage cap (for normal attk, combo, skills and such) only supplementary and war elemental sigils (20% dps increase more less) will increase the damage, outside of it, you get nothing for the extras. If you hit the cap and want to increase your dps, go for a 98/100% crit build (with supplementary/war elemental sigils too of course)

Ok, so from my last build video I got rid of Attack Power V+ and Critical Hit Rate V+ Now the new sigils in place of those are War Elemental and Tyranny V+

Are you talking about the move he charges near the end of the fight? If so you have to kill him before he charges it, because he will wipe your whole team ending the quest.

Are you talking about the purification blade? I use venustas because once it’s fully upgraded it can be awakened and it does more damage than the purification blade. It also increases my damage cap as well as boosts all my sigil levels by 1.

@@lurizy I means i have seen run the fluorithium blade who give Crit + Crit dmg not worth invest in ?

I invest into normal attack power and damage cap because once your stats are high enough you need to have your damage cap increased to be able to output as much damage as possible. If I only invested into crit and and damage my damage would just be capped off anyway so it would be lower than just investing into damage cap.

@@lurizy Not possible to max crit and increase the cap at the same time as i see Fluori katana give like 40% crit dmg outside of sigil thing that look a lot

@leesangpayab29 I haven’t tried it myself but for now I’d just go with the flat damage increase but I’ll have to give it a try. Also by the time you get to the final quest there is a weapon for all characters that you can grind for that is better than any of their other weapons that I’m working towards getting.
