I'm extremely sorry to say this, hitech billsoft not correctly responds, forwarding calls one to another person more than 2 to 3 months till not solve my data issue problem and basic settings to launch online store. calling and massaging no use. related officer or admin of this company please help & solve the issues

why are you not updating your software. there is so much have to be done like 1.increase the font size of software. 2. Add Open Price option in POS Panel, so we can add different price like quantity in POS PANEL. 3. Make POS panel more Ui friendly like EZO Billing or Retail Daddy.???? How can you compete with other companies like ezo or retail daddy?

SMS service not appropriate, my other HiTech Software stopped working because getting error all the times after login and HiTech Customer Service asking to pay AMC charges now to get it fix, even though I purchased full version. Customer Service is not good. There are other softwares available with actual useful features. No resolution get till now.

Dont purchase this software,after one year the software crushed,I contact with them,they demand anather Rs 1500/- as AMD charges.They cheat with me.
