How are you still liking your Pinarello F5? I just got one with most 40 ultrafast carbon wheels a month ago. Should i have gotten the F7 or did i make a good choice?
@239racingteam26 күн бұрын
I may sell mine and upgrade. Looking to a lighter frame. I am racing my giant tcr now. I love my Pinarello but I may upgrade will see. Let me know after a few rides how you feel on yours and congrats on your new bike
@gsharppianocovers715725 күн бұрын
@239racingteam I have had the F5 for a month and a half and it's a great bike, but the shop I got it from just had a sale on their F7 and let me trade up, and gave me almost full value for the trade up since I just bought the bike from them. I will be getting my F7 next week. Can't wait!!
@gsharppianocovers715725 күн бұрын
@239racingteam I feel like the F7 is a much better value since it comes with ultegra di2 groupset, same handlebar/stem as Dogma, and higher spec carbon fiber frame.

Cat 4 pack? Lots of bad race craft. Unnecessary time in the wind and at the front, that was nothing more than energy wasting. Poor position management, where one minute at front, then back to middle of pack, only to waste energy move back forward on outside.

Base on the team results it was all worth it. First Second and 3rd place.

Agree completely. Huge price difference, but also huge comfort difference. The knockoff is still a decent saddle, but if you try one thinking you're going to see what the hype is about 3d saddles, you still won't know. At least that's my finding having both the Specialized power mirror 3d, the Buklos 3d, and a Ryet 3d. The Buclos is better than the Ryet imo fwiw.

The F5 is on sale to 3800-4000 wherever you can still find them as the sale price made them sell out pretty quickly. I just got an F5 with the most carbon wheel option for 4450 before taxes. I’m going upgrade the handlebars to a carbon integrated one, swap the tires to vitorria, and change the chain and crankset to dura-ace and I should be fine
@239racingteam4 ай бұрын
Yes the price drop and is more affordable with those changes is going to look súper. Congrats on your new bike. I just made mine one by and it looks awesome. I want to make (her) tubeless.

I have to disagree I purchased the Chinese copy and I feel no discomfort after a four plus hour ride. I liked it so much I went and bought one for my stationary bike also.

It is something in the front of my that is not as comfortable as the original. I can’t stand it on long rides. Hopefully they made a newer version and improved it.
