I am a prospective International student at Carleton University. I applied for a Fall term admission into a PhD program at Carleton University's NPSIA on 17 October 2023, however, I have still not heard from them regarding an offer or decline of admission. My Carleton Central application status reads 'Review in progress by department ' & it has remained so for a very long time now. I'm very anxious and don't know whether I should keep waiting. Can I still hope for an admission to Carleton University or is it too late to continue waiting ?

Hey, lets mix 50% acetylene with 50% oxygen in a large kitchen garbage bag and light it. I wonder what would happen?

yeah lets strip mining they thing that controls our oceans, thats 4X smaller, why dont we just get our gov to get off of the free energy patents they have hidden & killed to hide over the years, instead of making everyone afraid of aliens, so we can go against those treaties agreed upon in secret by the gov & aliens

Lmao after everything that has happened people still think Russian and China give a shit whats written on a piece of paper. The UN and US will put up sanctions, the world will be pissed off that them and then 6 months later everyone will onto the next big headline

It's only when the infrastructure isn't set up. After that it can become actually cheaper. Really cheaper.
@MichaelDerryGameitect
@MichaelDerryGameitect Ай бұрын
It would be pointlessly expensive to mine it there and bring it back. However, for building anything in space, it's much cheaper in the long run to send up the equipment for mining and processing rather than sending the heavy materials we need all the way from Earth. For decades and decades to come, mining on the moon will be the best way to build things on the moon or in orbit but it will still be completely impractical to use that material on Earth. Shipping enough rocket fuel to the moon to send a few pounds of pure, completely refined metal back would still be more expensive than the same material costs to mine on Earth. Once you have a factory on the moon, you have most of the material and energy you need to build anything you want. All it takes it lots of time because, at first, the equipment will be tiny and slow.
