THis bag looks disgusting. Zero style. This company is 100% aimed at The American market who do not know any better. The quality of the leather is not the best. The hardware is not the best. The stitching is not the best. The French house Berluti is where my heart is.

Suzette Munson Hi Dave, I was going to buy 2 seperate bags from you guys last week but after seeing and hearing so many awful stories regarding your bags and the customer service it has sadly deterred me. I read somewhere that the ''Stainless steel hardware'' has nicks and pucks in it and your response was that's how it is.. also the leather bags most reviews seem to show really bad quality, I just find that the price you charge people are not refelected in your products.

Splootan If you're looking for a cookie cutter bag that'll still look perfect after 3 months, you've been looking in the wrong place. The bags imperfections are part of what make them so cool and what makes them age so well.

MyFireVideos my bag did seem a little dried out but it came back to life with the Leather Milk. There wasn't any cracking and I don't think it was damaged by not cleaning it more frequently. Other people are saying they clean and condition their bags every 6 months. There's another KZbinr who has a 5 year review of his Saddleback bag and he says he uses Leather Milk every 6 months and his bag looks great!
