Can you explain your situation as in the use of your box, you’re not using it as a waste tank, correct? Make sure you’re using an external tank for your ink waste so you’re able to reset the box correctly.

@@graphixbygartee Will the waste is going into a ciss machine so I'm not using the waste tank for dtf the printer is giving me a message the maintenance box needs replacement so I removed it added the Chip resetter light y Turned green put it back and still giving me the error message

A possible fix is to place a strip of (this is what I did 100 percent of the time) 2 inch duct tape across the top of the film so the print head can read how far from side to side it can print from. So what is happening is the print head cannot recognize the paper bc it’s the film is almost see through. Hope this helps.

Great question. If you have your ink going to another waste tank order than what’s in the printer you can reset the waste tank as many times your resetter is properly working. Hope this helps.

Yes I have one other video showing how I rerouted my ink line outside of the printer to an external bottle. My ink line does not go to the ink cartridge.

When you open the printer up, there’s a tab to a enclosure that you open. Slide the box left to release and pull out.

Hmm, maybe try to unplug the printer for a min or so, then plug it back in. Another thing is to make sure you get the green light when resetting the boxes. Lastly make sure the box is seated properly or locked in or even check the connection between the two (box and printer) and it’s properly locked in. Hopefully your boxes are corrupted in any way. Thank you. So it’s really important to dispose of waste ink properly because it can be harmful to the environment. You'll want to check with your local waste management or recycling center to see how they recommend handling it. Sometimes printer manufacturers have programs to recycle used ink cartridges/ bottles too. Just avoid dumping it down the drain or in regular trash bins. But in my opinion I would reuse any of the waste ink. Hope this helps.

I would recommend Acrorip for the xp 15000 or any DTF printer, as it’s a user friendly program and it’s cheaper to purchase than Cadlink. I got mine from DTG Pro, located in California.

Have you tried to power clean it to purge the white. Also printing on white paper can be hard to see, so try to print on film. Hope this helps.

I apologize that I don’t have an answer for this, you may have to get with your local or international supplier(s) to get something shipped quicker than having it shipped to yourself.

So with this the first thing came to mind is that you may have the red slightly mixing with the blue inside the printed. Maybe the seal has an opening to where it’s leaking out. In other words, make sure to look at the printhead alignment. Check the printhead alignment to ensure that the nozzles are properly aligned and not causing any color mixing or misalignment issues. Next, software settings: Verify that the settings in your printing software are configured correctly for blue prints. This includes color settings, resolution, and any other relevant parameters. Is your resetter have any lights respond when you put it on the pins? Make sure to also depress the resetter for about 3-4 secs once on the pins. If that’s not the issue I’d return it for another one.

Are you speaking on the template size? That should be on the top menu bar to adjust the margins.

I hope something works for you. I’ve never had this issue but I hope one of them works. I know it gets frustrating at times but stick with it, either letting it sit with power off or maybe clean where the chip meets inside the box holder.

No, if you replaced the box with the correct one just make sure to firmly seat the box until it secures into place. Other than that pressing the OK button on the printer to continue. Try other methods as to unplug for about 30 seconds and try again, make sure the chip on the box is clean of dust, dirt or ink.

No, the maintenance box isn’t hooked up to the waste line. I have a video of how to reroute the line to an external waste “bottle”. The box is there to keep the printer operating properly or in a state where you can still print.

Removing the background may not be mandatory, but it depends on your specific design and printing requirements. If you want the white under color to show accurately, it's often advisable to use designs with a transparent background or remove the background to avoid any unwanted color interactions during printing.

If there isn’t any ink running through the lines, my suggestion would run a power clean to cycle the ink. This will use some ink so be aware where your levels are after. Hopefully that helps.

I’ve never had this issue but I would try to reset again and try to seat the cartridge firmly and try. Other than that I would unplug the printer for a couple min and see if that works. I hope this helps.

Try to check if the printer is properly connecting to your pc. If that doesn’t work you may have to reinstall the program bc files may have been corrupted during the first install. I hope this helps.

Some times, when you put in the ink or refill, it may have a bleed over from another color. I would suggest nozzle head cleaning or power clean (uses a lot of ink). Question: is this one of your first prints? If that doesn’t work or you’ve already done that and you’ve exhausted other options I would uninstall the program and then install it again. There may be a file that is corrupt file or missing a file during the install. Truthfully I’ve never had this issue but I hope one of the things I’ve mention is new information that you can take away.

At the moment no, it’s only for windows. But if you want another program it will be CADlink and that should work.

I have a video that can show you how to reroute your ink hose to an external waste tank. But yes after about 50 prints- give it take a few- that waste tank will fill up, if it hasn’t been rerouted. I have a 2 liter soda bottle as my waste tank and when the printer thinks my on board waste tank is full, I would take the maintenance box out and reset it and place it back in it housing. I hope this helps.

Is it printing white at all in the image, as in the main image (front)… not the back, if not may have to run a power clean to purge the white.

Hello, ensure that you're aligning the maintenance box correctly with the guides and applying even pressure. If it still won't click, check for any obstructions or misalignment that might be preventing proper insertion or check for maintenance box for damages. Hope this helps.

There is no digital copy, you must buy a dongle which is a USB. They do this for less piracy of the software. Hope this helps.
