It seize but, only if the temperature is too high. If chocolate is at room temperature it won't split.

It’s good to store it outside only at cool & dry place.. where there’s no direct sunlight. Keeping chocolate compound in the refrigerator create trouble while making next batch of the chocolates, you will see sweating on the chocolates made from refrigerated compound.

Crusts to be cut off before butterand spreads are put. Sandwich to be gently pressed using both palms

This sandwich could not be pressed otherwise there could be a soaking as breads are too soft & fast absorbing, also in this sandwich sides could not be cut in advance as while applying spreads that finishing could not be achieved
