I have nothing like what you show on the screen other than the blue Utilities square. There is no "orange button" and when I click on the scan button, "scan" feature just shows up on my browser, but still doesn't scan anything.

I don't have the scan option when I open brother utilities. I have j6010dw

For everyone asking how to do this without the use of a mouse, just click the windows logo button on the keyboard and search device manager, once device manager is up, just spam the tab key and press the arrow down key to navigate through the options and when you reach the mice and other pointing devices option just click right arrow button and then down arrow, after that just select your Mouse and press enter and then try to uninstall or disable it, and now you can carry on with what the video says

you dont have to do a restore, i just ran into this today as well with an elderly person that got this, you can navigate to the file location and delete it. She didnt have the ability to do a restore so this was the only option for her

Yo my mouse wont work anymore after deleting the thing u told me to uninstall

i was worried that my pc got a bug or something cause my mouse keept switching places to the corner of the screen, but then i realized ive forgot to remove my digital art pencil off the touch pad 😅

So i touch my touchpadwhile my mouse is going crazy then it stops but comes back again does that mean its a problem with my touchpad?

I have a Brother inkjet printer (print-copy-scan) installed on my Win10 desktop computer. Have had it for a few years. Like you, I wanted a laser. So I bought a Brother laser printer (print-copy-scan-fax) which I am in the process of installing. Your video helped me realise that I already have Brother Utilities, Control Centre & Paper Port in my pc! Will installing them again cause problems or will the new files simply overwrite the old? Will both printers be able to access a single version of these programs or will I need 2 'Brother Utilities; etc - one for each printer? Surely not! I've spent over a week searching for information on installing and running 2 separate, same brand printers on 1 pc but to no avail! And I can't continue the installation until I find the answers. What a dilemma! I'm sorry if my wording is confusing. I think what I am asking is quite simple but hard to put into words - and I'm not overly 'techy'! Anyhoo. Hope you reply (fingers crossed!)

This helped! My curser was glitching the hour glass consistently and wouldn't stop. Deleting the drivers is what fixed it for me. Thank you!

I'm really having trouble here, lemme explain : not too long ago my mouse started bugging it started with it just randomly not bei ng able to click randamly, but it wasn't really not clicking more like not being able to select the icon while i'm hovering it, then that became more and more frequent and now my mouse would randomly put a point in my text, like when you click to edit a specific point in your text, but again it wasn't clicking since it didn't click anything else just text, so i don't think it's a mechanical problem. So i did your thing and it didn't work, so i used avast and malwarebytes to detect anything, avast detected nothing and malwarebytes detected 12 things that i put in quarantine just in case, but it didn't work either, i still have the same problem and it's becoming more and more frequent, i noticed that using control + alt + delete to open the menu and then click on that menu and then clicking on cancel temporarly fixed the "can't click issue" but only temporarly. Could you help me with that ? Sorry for the long text btw it's just a strange issue so i'm trying to put as much detail as i can
