@MegamanX-Zero I'm happy this video has made so many people happy! I am looking to do collaborations as the solo voices are getting a bit samey. I'll be joining up in a class for this in the near future, so I should be churning out more content like this soon!

@@LanceCorporal_Waffles thanks so much! I took about 4 hours just for this 33 second clip because I love this voice so much. I'm not anything like the original, but this character is the main reason I even ever thought of doing voices! I am going to redo this some day because I was new to my mic at the time and I can def do better!

It’s a crime that both Proto Man and Bass were not in Mega Man 11, You would’ve been the perfect VA for Bass if he was.

They should have just left him as "Chi" pronounced Kai without the whole X-Kai. It would have brainfucked people, but it was an actually clever name since the alphabet symbol for Chi is a slightly different looking X... and he's a X copy... but he has a Greek alphabet name indicating he'd be a major boss enemy like Sigma or Upsilon. It was a great name, but I guess they figured it'd confused people if they just left him as "X" pronounced "Kai" but that's what they should have done.

He(Kai) is far more superior than copy X. Anyway thank you for doing this video. I'm always thinking that his voice is the same like X but more darker but this voice is also really suits with him.

I like the idea that his voice is the same as X's, but I don't think I could do X's voice. That said, Light did outsource the tech that makes X's voice box, so it kind of works that they are different voices when you think about it.

Thank you so much! Yeah I tried really hard on this one. It was a *lot* of fun! I actually studied Japanese. I'm not fluent, but I'm versed. I talked with my buddy who lives in Japan to confirm my Japanese was proper and conveyed what I wanted. I chose these lines, but I would guess if I were *given* lines, it would be easier for me than it was to think of my own lines lol.

Why are save-states okay but not the pause resume trick, to the point where you want the latter taken out of the game all together? I don’t understand.

Save states are only okay because it's on stream and I don't intend to drive people to boredom by redoing things infinitely. I also don't want to drag the games out for a very long time on stream. One last reason I am okay using states is because older games are not as balanced and do not have a reasonable number of checkpoints or may have an insane difficulty spike since older games would do this to keep players playing longer. Off stream, I would not be okay using save states.
