Ive found Escondido california to be one of the mildest of terroristic cities....they bring guns everywhere children go and it can appear fair but the traffick is loud brutal and of nazish sympathy......just today I had to confront a city employee that he would recieve assault and battery charges if he stole all my travel gear food changes of clothes etc.....and he started to continue to threaten me for confronting him on the ignorant hygiene terroristic thing he was doing.....even saying to him hey man one day you will have to have a conscience...and everything can be reversed you may feel dominant but you will have to live under your homeless policy....you can think your rules and tyrrany won't affect you but anything you do to others will be standard rules for you......and he still stared me down and continued to threaten an alone unarmed civilian woman with no capabiliy to defend herself.....and told me he doesn't have to have a conscience to people here because he is going to blow the whole city up...

The officer speaking was super cool with him, making conversation and being respectful, but this guy not wanting to serve any time still was willing to pull his firearm and try to shoot him, pretty sad. They already had all his information, did he really think he would shoot two cops and still get away?

How is it that multiple cops spoke to this guy and not a single one felt the need to pat him down for weapons? What kind of piss poor tactics are being taught. Unreal
@andalianragaza6 ай бұрын
The man wasn’t in custody yet. It’s not appropriate to pat someone down when they were only having a conversation at the time. Imagine you talking to an officer , you’re not in police custody, and out of the blue they stop you from talking and pat you down before you finishing having the conversation. Not only would that violate bodily autonomy but also escalate a situation that doesn’t need to be escalated. It’s different once someone’s in handcuffs, in police custody. The fact that the officer was able to pick up on all the subtle cues that this man was getting hyped up for something and was able to respond not only quickly, but effectively is amazing training and diligence of that officer.
@lueymartin33316 ай бұрын
@@andalianragaza you obviously aren’t in law enforcement. I am. In CA mind you. You DO NOT have a conversation with someone who you suspect of criminal activity and NOT pat them down. It’s taught in the academy day 1. It’s taught on field training. It’s obvious to see these coppers were either lazy and/or complacent and didn’t think this guy was a bad dude. Well, he was and it could have cost them their lives. Rest assured, this video will be playing in roll call briefings of what NOT to do.

O.M.G. Once again some cop seems compelled to get on his radio in the middle of a shooting to tell everybody that there is a shooting going on. The second cam angle shows that the cop taking one of his hands off of the firearm - besides shifting his attention from the suspect to the radio - caused him to weak wrist and cause a jam. Which he didn't clear. Which meant he was useless while his partner reloaded.

First officer handled that like a BOSS. Good reaction, prosecuted the target until it was down, tactical reload and never lost his focus. Second officer, after he fired a few rounds, continued to cover the suspect with a gun that was locked back.
